I use Blender available from www.blender3d.org. Now I don't use it for
making dimensioned drawings or expect it to do any calculations for me
so some will argue that it isn't really CAD at all. But for quick 3D
concept modeling and rendering it just can't be beat. If you start
learning Blender now in a few years you can know it all!
