[cad-linux] FSF priority project for dwg reading support

Hi,
I am not sure whether everyone is aware of the fact that the Free
Software Foundation (FSF) has identified the lack of a free DWG reader
as a priority project (http://www.fsf.org/campaigns/priority-projects/)
and links to libredwg:
http://www.gnu.org/software/libredwg/
which is based on libdwg:
http://libdwg.sourceforge.net/
Note that the aim is to only create a parser to read and import dwg, as
writing it would not only be hard to implement for an undocumented
format, but also further contribute to the problems arising from the
dominance of a propietary, closed format and the various attempts to
implement it without knowing the structure.
