Andy's group on the lx-viewer has made more progress than i think anyone expected. if a cad project does use this as a starting point i'd like to make one request. make it a fork rather than the continuation of it. as i stated in another thread, i like small packages that do a lot. lx-viewer is this to a tee. a full cad package would undoubtibly cause it to grow several fold. good for the cad package, but lx-viewer is finding a niche as it is. fast and functional. ok, i'm rambling now. > I am hardly unbiased, but if this is what you want to do my LX-Viewer project > > is a familiar GUI (Autocad/Intellicad model) wrapped around a familiar file > format (DWG).
