I was surprised to get such a nonhelpful response from them, but this is not
the first time either. I have a few of their MSTS add-ons for the UK, and when
I ran into a problem with them, they just plane never responded. At least they
did respond to the 757 FreeMIOM problem I was having.

Jordan,
I’m sorry you’re having such an unpleasant experience. All I can say is that AH
and AH2 seem to be working reasonably well for me. That said, I haven’t had any
interactions with their support team beyond an initial inquiry about AirHauler,
which they thought might be a bit hard to use. I thought it was worth taking a
chance anyway, since they said it uses standard Windows controls. I’m glad I
decided to go for it.
Good luck with the Windows install.
Best,
Zack.

I recommend avoiding justflight.com because they are sending me on a wild goose
chase to get answers on how to get Air Hauler working. It states very clearly
in the forum for this product that for technical support to contact support
because there is no guarantee of a response on the forum, and the response I
received back from technical support was to go use the forum. I am going to
have to do a complete Windows reinstall tomorrow since a few things are not
working, thank you very much HP for setting things up the way you wanted, and
then I will have fun reinstalling everything.
