[bvipilots] enhance ms atc

heey guys,
when I look on the web I find load of add-ons that will replace or are
stand alone programs for atc.
but is there a way to enhance atc in such a way that I can still use
simple atc to fly?
for example the is preflight moderator deluxe wich gives you regional
voices to atc.
so is there something?
would it be possible to add something to iyp to enhance atc?
I know we have radar contact but that is not supported anymore!
