Good morning to all.
First, happy Saturday. Second, I'm trying to download the latest fms add on
manager for navigraph I accidently chose mac os, and hit escape when I saw
the file name. Hence forth, the download options have been dimmed, all but
the manual install, and that I won't do. I am in discussion with the
navigraph support team and I've tried
1. Restarting windows.
2. Restarting my browser
3. Trying different browsers
4. Signing out on all my browsers and signing back in
5. Tried a different computer
6. Tried my shadow pc.
All these suggestions including clearing my cache and cookies failed. In

a video of an attempt at downloading this from my shadow.
As you can see, the download option for all choices except manual install is
grayed out. I really don't' know what to do at this point.
