Hi Ron,
The keystrokes are:
ALT O E D (wait 2 seconds, then continue...)
CTRL+TAB
CTRL+TAB
CTRL+TAB
CTRL+TAB
ALT+T
PAGEUP / PAGEDN (moves 10% at a click)
LEFT_ARROW / RIGHT_ARROW (moves 1% at a click)
PRESS ENTER TO SAVE AND EXIT PANEL
