It appears as though you take off, then immediately begin to fall to the
Earth.
What aircraft are you flying?
Why are you not creating a flight plan and flight file?
Please advise.

Umm, could this be the warning saying dont sink? Because that would make
sense, it means that you are flying to low and shouldnt sink more.
