I do fly online and i don't use any traffic add-on anymore

I've got ivao MTL and spent a noteable amount of time and loaded audio envrionment traffic sounds into them one by one, and i fly in vatsim and ivao both (depending on ATC coverage)

I use Ultimate Traffic 2. The UI of the software isn't accessible, but you don't really need it. Once its installed, you just launch fsx and it automatically starts. The best package I've found for ATC that is accessible is Radar Contact.
