You’ll want FSX Pilot, but I think at the moment it’s impossible to buy the
full version. I don’t know if the free version has quite everything that is
needful for us. Still, with Multicrew Experience, you might be able to get it
working.

Actually, I think most of us on here, even this mostly-grounded pilot, are
using the Steam version. It’s certainly possible to get it working, and a
lot easier than buying a physical DVD from 2006 or so.
If you can use OCR on the Steam windows for a bit, it’s quite possible to
make it work. There are a few guides on AudioGames.net, though they might
not be all that up-to-date.
