What was your starting airport? I'll try to duplicate your flight. There are to many variables here. Butt, if I had to guess, you were probably not setup correctly on your approach or descent checklist. Its hyper important that everything on those checklists be done, butt, I won't have any other ideas, until I see what happens when I try it. It gets a bit more tricky on timing if your landing on a runway thats a visual approach.
