Hi,

REGARDING: Shut Down Engines

It sounds like your aircraft is loading in the wrong mode. Try pressing
simultaneously the keys:

CTRL plus SHIFT plus F1

REGARDING: "let's do all of the checklists"

Try using the simpler phrase...

"Do all checklists"

Please let me know how you make out.
