[bvipilots] Tutorial on FSX Pilot

Anyone wish to do a tutorial on FSX Pilot?  Something is screwy with my
setup because as soon as I tell it to run take off vertical speed goes to 0,
the heading changes to something incorrect, and the speed is also incorrect.
