Hi to all.
1. As you'll see from the attached file that when doing the cruise checklist I like to use the voice command Get Distance to next wave point. Now you will also notice that when I used that command, Michelle thought and acted like I used the voice command get flight time.
Just was curious to know if anyone else was having this issue.
I flew from KERI to CYHZ in my df7x GA aircraft at a TOC of 330.
Now for a few IYP recommendations.
1. I think it would be helpful either at the end of the cruise checklist or even better when the speed and the direction of the weather pops up at us to have the following additional info on the end of those reports.
The airport is 250 miles at our 2 o'clock.
Just a little extra confirmation to let us know how close we're getting to our destinational airport.
2. This might be for FSX instead of IYP.
But when we are starting to leave one time zone to fly into another.
Could we have our trusty fo inform us that something on the following.
Captain, We're leaving East Coast time zone for Centeral time zone and I'm set the clock back one hour and the current local time is.
Just a thought.
So that's my report for tonight.
For my fellow BVI Pilots
Keep The Blue Side Up.
