Okay it seems I have set something up incorrectly for IYP to work with RC4.
I went into the keyboard options in RC4 and checked the boxes to use Control
and Shift, but IYP still is not working correctly with RC4. What have I
missed? I seem to remember there was something I needed to do on the IYP
control panel besides switching to Radar Contact for ATC, but I do not
recall what it was, and I don't see anything in the Users Manual or Flight
Deck Doc that states what else needs to be done on the IYP side. I did not
have this problem on my other computer back when I was running RC4. So, I
must be over looking something.
