RELEAESED version of FSUIPC.

remains in BETA testing mode. Pete will update the www.schiratti.com link
when appropriate.

Thanks for passing this along. I think a better solution is probably to
just link to the FSUIPC homepage, so users can grab whatever the newest
version happens to be whenever they want it.

and iyp setting up fsuipc. He got the version 4.85 from the IYP site, but
the version that is up their is 4.85 which ended up erroring when he tried
to run fsx after installation and updating it to 4.961 fixed the issues.
