The "Newer Version Available" message goes out any time you roll back your
system to an earlier version. This message is automatically generated by the
IYP servers and has nothing whatsoever to do with the BETA testing. Until we
have a final release of 4.1.0.266, please ignore these messages.
The reference to the Code Revisions page is however germane, because under
the heading:
Version 4.1.0.266
IMPORTANT - NOT YET RELEASED
it details what is upcoming in the new version 4.1.0.266 we are testing. In
addition, there are links to the documentation of version 4.1.0.266 that is
underway.
I have received a considerable amount of feedback on the BETA version
regarding the Boeing 737 flight from Erie to Toronto. This feedback has been
invaluable... thank you all.
Feedback on the subsequent flights, namely:
IFR - Non-Towered Airport to Non-Towered Airport ILS Approach
IFR - Non-Towered Airport to Non-Towered Airport Visual Approach
has been sparse, and really needs more testing. Any help in testing these
flights would be much appreciated.
Please keep in mind that these recent complex updates are focused
specifically on addressing BVI issues. This effort is to make the entire ATC
experience seamless for BVI users. Albeit I can turn off my monitor to
perform testing, it's not the same as what you folks do. Ergo, I really need
this feedback in order to make the software as close to perfect as I can.
This is your chance to make a difference and it beats re-writes! <SMILES>
Once again, I thank you all for your help in getting this new BVI-enhanced
version released.

yet on the Website there is still the not yet released message.
To get out of Beta mode, do I uninstall the latest beta, then re-install
from the website please?
