Do you have no-dwrite set in the Desktop icons properties?

Hi all,
OK, so I have finally purchased the Steam version of FSX, but I am having
problems loging into Steam in order to download it.
I have tried using OCR in JAWS, but with no luck.
So, for those of you who have downloaded FSX in the client, how do I do that?
