On the climb out, I did try to set the airspeed and climb rate manually after
they had decreased but the airspeed still stays stuck at around 70 kn and as
soon as I set the climb rate to anything mear 1000 feet it decreases a lot

You can set the climb and speed manually.

Hi. I've been having a problem with FSX pilot and the default Mooney bravo.
Once we have taken off and the gear is up, the climb rate is set to 1000
ft./m, but it slowly decreases to around 300 ft./m. The airspeed also seems
to be stuck at around 70 knots. The aircraft should be able to climb faster
and fly faster than this, any ideasBlind and Visually impaired Pilots
