[bvipilots] Looks like I solved the volume issue

I have the volume adjusted as close to perfect as I can get it now I think.
I ended up turning down some of the sounds in FSX a bit more, and all
appears good now.  Also, in the video I just recorded and am about to work
on uploading, you will notice that I ended up declaring an emergency.
