Hi Ron,

Please refer to page 61 of the IYP FLight Deck Doc for a complete
description and example.

Incidentally, why do you require its use?

What aircraft are you attempting to side-step?

Bypassing this value unnecessarily can cause serious negative effects that
will lead to Michelle being unable to properly control in-flight operations.

This feature is only to be used to side-step aircraft max gross weight
value for aircraft that are not supported by IYP.

Which leads me to ask, why do you need to bypass a max gross weight for an
unsupported aircraft?  Sorry... I am completely and utterly confused.
Please help me understand.
