I am not sure of the answer to that. I have yet to find any screen reader that
can read the menu bar if you hit Alt once a flight is loaded. If you are
trying to load a specific flight if you have more than one saved, I have found
the virtual mouse to be good there too since SA will not read what is in the
box to select if the virtual mouse is not turned on. Once I have found the
flight I am after, I hit space to select it, then turn off the virtual mouse,
and then hit enter, and it should load the correct flight. Now I need to go
figure out why the Delta Virtual 787-800 is not capturing the glideslope when
all of the other aircraft I have do just fine.

Jordan,
Thanks for the tip. I was able to get that installer to work with System
Access, when no other screen reader would work with it. I wonder if SA's
virtual mouse mode would also be helpful when working with the FSX menus? Or is
NVDA object nav still best in that scenario?

Also, it has to be run as an Admin. You are pretty much out of luck unless
you have and/or know how to use your screen reader's virtual mouse, which
System Access and I believe Jaws has. With System Access, once I have hit
enter on the first edit field and then have turned off the Virtual Mouse,
things generally work okay. There are plent of installers for FSX add-ons
that the virtual mouse is a must I have found.

I tried using the JAWS cursor, NVDA object navigation, and Windows Narrator
on that installer, all without luck.

My only concern is: Does Traffic 360, bought from JustFlight, rely on the
JustFlight installation system? I tried the JF 757-200 (which they offer for
free), but I was unable to even install the aircraft owing to the complete
lack of accessibility in their installer's authentication system. I have a
ticket open with JF support on this, and I think they're working with their
developers on a resolution.

I am now using Traffic 360 which is pretty good so far. The
busy airports are going to be properly busy now that is for sure
partly because I finally discovered the Customize button and
adjusted things in there in FSX. Not sure how Traffic 360 did
it, but they figured out how to have aircraft startup sounds for
AI, which everyone else seems to be thinking cannot be done, and
also it uses the same sounds as 3d Traffic Sounds because it is
made by the same developer. I have everything from GA, to the
A380, to helicopters, and military aircraft flying around now.
I will report after the next three flights to see if Traffic 360
works well or not at all types of airports.
