Robert,
With all due respect and deference, this still doesn't explain to me
why the issue is occurring.  I read the related voice commands for
SuperATC.  I also watched videos on Youtube as to how this was
completed, and followed them to a tee.  That being the case, the
technical side of me that has been using, troubleshooting, and fixing
PCs for years, that passed CompTIA testing, is curious.  I know I'm
not using any MS Windows reserved words, and speech recog apparently
isn't itself crashing, as I am still able to use it for other things.
As for using SuperATC, I have always been one to embrace a challenge.
I have always relished learning new things, and as a general rule I do
so very quickly (i.e., learning about two thousand words in American
Sign Language within a two week period despite being totally blind,
picking up chess one day for nothing other than curiosity, and
developing an intense love for the game, or reading and briefing
Supreme Court cases simply for the enjoyment of knowledge).  Add to
that the fact that the added realism that it affords to the sim
experience pleases me.  Therefore, unless there's a bug within IYP
that will prevent me from using it, I see no reason not to try.
Nowhere in your manual do I see that a BVI pilot is absolutely and
unequivocally unable to use SuperATC.  If this is simply a learning
issue, then I see no reason why my vision should have any impact here.
Again, with all due respect and deference, my eyes are dead...my brain
is definitely not.

and read the overview.

*Overview:*
Simple ATC+ has been dramatically enhanced over previous versions of IYP in
order to make communicating with ATC far easier to use. No longer will you
need to concern yourself as to whether or not the ATC menu is open or
closed. You’ll no longer need to figure out what keys to press - Michelle
will do it for you!

*Background:*
SuperATC was designed to be an online instructor with the charge to “teach”
IYP users the proper “techno-babble” used by pilots during the course of a
flight. It was specifically designed to be EXTREMELY CRITICAL about the
communication syntax used in every situation. That is to say, the order and
expressions used when communicating with Traffic, Ground, Tower, Approach,
Departure, Controllers, ATIS, etc., need to closely follow a tight set of
rules, otherwise error messages occur. SuperATC was never designed as an
application that could be mastered in a few minutes, a few hours, a few
days, or even a few weeks! Rather, it’s like going to college - it requires
a LOT of studying and many hours of practice, with the end goal of having
IYP users “understand” (not memorize) these communication rules.

*SuperATC is Complex!*
SuperATC is extremely complex, and it relies heavily on the accuracy of the
Microsoft databases. Regrettably, there are literally hundreds of errors in
these databases – especially in non-North American countries, and as such,
SuperATC will simply not work properly in some remote and exotic places.
This has led to frustration on the part of some users who prefer flying
General Aviation type aircraft in places like the jungles of Africa!

*EXTREMELY IMPORTANT UNDERSTANDING:*

Simple ATC+ operates the built-in Microsoft ATC system. It is VERY
IMPORTANT to understand that in this mode, you are actually communicating
with Michelle, who in turn communicates with the MS-ATC system. In other
words, in all cases you are issuing instructions to your Co-Pilot, who
carries out the operations with ATC.

My personal summary....

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LEARN SUPER ATC AS A BVI PILOT... PLEASE USE SIMPLE ATC.

continually harasses me to acknowledge, and then cancels my flight
