Actually, Jaws does say “ATC menu,” when I hav it open, I’ve noticed. I’m not
sure why the others don’t seem to.

The ProFlight mode for IYP was never really completed, as far as I know.
You’ll have to use the keyboard commands to interact with it. Fortunately,
they’re very well-documented in the PF3 manual.

I followed all the instructions in the IYP PFE documentation, and I
clearly have done something incorrectly. IYP clearly is not seeing PF3
because no commands are working. For example, I was just trying to get
IFR clearance, and all I would get out of Michelle was Are you Crazy or
something like that. I am pretty sure it is not a PF3 problem because I
can hear the voice I selected as well as ATC and other aircraft if I use
the keyboard to get tuned to the ground frequency. Any ideas here?
