Make sure to say "BVI ATC off." That'll make sure IYP doesn't open it.

I’m running Jaws 17. I have no idea why it seems to say this reliably,
but it does. Of course, we can’t actually read the menu without OCR,
but it’s still nice to have confirmation one way or the other.
I thought it should be possible to decide to not open the ATC menu at
startup, at least.

Actually, Jaws does say “ATC menu,” when I hav it open, I’ve noticed.

The ProFlight mode for IYP was never really completed, as far as I know.
You’ll have to use the keyboard commands to interact with it.
