Wow! That is an amazing statement.
There are over 300 pages of instructions and suggestions in the two manuals
that can be found under the link entitled Resources. In order to get to
these manuals, please do the following:

There is a video that you should definitely listen to that I published on
Feb 7, 2014 entitled: FSX Tutorial 2

The caption reads:
"Demonstration flight using It's Your Plane (IYP) in the BVI (Blind and
Visually Impaired) or Physically Handicapped (PH) mode. In this
gate-to-gate flight, the disabled pilot conducts all of the checklists and
controls all aspects of flight without ever touching his keyboard or mouse."
At the start of this video, there's an musical intro and a text message for
sighted individuals who may be interested in referring IYP to a handicapped
or visual impaired family member of friend. The text during the intro
reads as follows:
"Once FSX was started, the flight loaded and the IYP application was
started, I (as Captain) never once touched my keyboard or mouse throughout
the entire 960 nautical mile flight from New York's KJFK to Miami's KMIA
airport. This video serves to demonstrate how blind and physically
handicapped pilots fly."
Incidentally, when I recorded this video, I had a horrible head cold, so
some of my voice commands were not understood by the IYP application. But,
we pressed on!
I STRONGLY SUGGEST that you listen to this video in its entirety. It will
certainly diminish your need to pour over hundreds of pages of
documentation.
REGARDING: How do I go through the checklists and pick the right runway.

Each specific checklist provides you with both the co-pilot query, and your
suggested responses.
REGARDING: Also, how do I get the proper freqs when I bring up the radio
stack?
