Yes, does anyone know if Navigraff or another service offers
accessible plate data? I'm inclined to use it if so. I think it'd help
plan approaches better with PF3.

You'll need to familiarize yourself with the IYP VOR and/or NDB vectoring,
and set the SID/STAR crossing altitude per the ATC instructions. In order
to get the SIDs/STARs information, will require the airport plate data. For
example, when approaching the destination airport, you can select any one
of the STARS for a specific runway. Your choice will be a function of your
flight plan and which STAR fits it best. The only way to know that is to
examine the charts. Charts are available from many sources. Navigraph
provides new charts (airports and Enroute) monthly, by subscription. The
also include the monthly AIRAC updates if you chose the "Ultimate"
subscription, which is available per month or per year.
However, I am not sure if they provide plate data that would be accessible
for BVI pilots... you'll need to check.
