[bvipilots] Annoying thing about FSX

Anyone know how to get FSX to use all the runways at airports? What I mean
here is this. Take Armstrong New Orleans Intl for example. The Runways at
that airport are 28, 10,1, and 19. FSX only recognizes runways 28 and 10,
and if I did a flight right now into that airport I would end up landing on
one of those runways. I'm listening to my scanner, and Runway 19 is being
used. Any ideas?
