Well... BAD NEWS!!!
As a sighted pilot, I can operate the BATTERY MASTER SWITCH with a mouse,
However, there is no keyboard shortcut, nor can one be set up according to
Carenado. Here's the topic:

The Battery Switches shown on the "Lateral Switches" panel will not operate
via a keyboard shortcut or externally assigned switch. They will only
function when clicked by the mouse.
