Are there any IYP-supported A380s?
I really wish the IYP supported aircraft page, let alone the whole IYP website,
had heading navigation, as when I’m trying to find a specific aircraft on the
page it’s quite cumbersome. The IYP interface window could honestly use an
entire re-write, because for me using a screen reader, the options panel is a
pain to navigate to do something as simple as changing the Sapi voice used.
Both Jaws and NVDA lag in it. I have no idea why, but when Scott Shade and
others did IYP demos back in 2008 and on, there was no lag. Is this because
we’re running IYP, a 32-bit application, on a 64-bit OS? It’s really hard to
tell, but that’s why I haven’t been doing IYP VA, for instance.
