[bvipilots] A possible clue on why my IFR dot PLN files are not loading.

Hi to all.
I see for some werid reason that my IFR dot PLN files for my flight plans
are being loaded in the ap data folder instead of the flight plan folder
down under the my documents folder.
Any advice on how I can fix this?
When I get to the point where the IFR should be while in fsx I get the a 0
then the alt N for name announcement.
So how can I fix this?
Should I run disk one of fsx and click on the repair button to see if this
can be fixed instead of uninstalling everything and reinstalling everything.
