Hey guys, We have fewer action items than ever in our push towards flight, with only one hot fire remaining on the schedule (April 19). We have a rather compressed schedule coming up through the end of the year but we are in great shape. Let's get this rocket in the air! *Fuel Grain Casting* As you can see from the calendar below (right click copy URL and paste into browser to view full size), we need to make one fuel grain a day (and two post hot fire) for the rest of the semester. We need everyone's help to do this, so there is a sign up sheet in the link below for which days you can come help on. We will make sure that every day has somebody who is pretty experienced to make sure things go smoothly. So don't worry about being a noob. It takes about 2 hours to make a casting jig and a segment. We are going to be doing a training on how to make the fuel grains tomorrow (Tuesday) night at 7pm in the lab. We will be going for 80% duration burn, or about 11 seconds. *Everything else* The action items sheet is in the link above on the second tab- we are counting on everyone on it to be proactive and get everything ready for launch. We can't micromanage everyone, so we are really relying on people's initiative to step up and make an impact during the final push. Drew and I will be here pretty much all the time from here on out, so come down whenever you can. Also, Kam is offering to buy pizza for everyone on Saturday since most everyone will likely be in the lab working on stuff. We are really close to doing something truly extraordinary, let's get through the final stretch here and get a good burn on the test stand, the rocket ready to fly, and get started on the Mk V space booster. Best, Armor
