Hey guys,
We need some people to sign up to do this in order to thank our sponsors
and keep the Alumni office on our good side. Sindel and I did it last year,
so if we could get some people to donate an hour or two of their time, it
would be much appreciated.

Hello,
Thanks to the generous donors to the Engineering Annual Fund, student
organizations like the one you are a part of receive significant portions
of funding every academic year. In the past two years alone, the BU Rocket
Team has received more than $2,000 from the EAF!
To show appreciation to these donors and assist the Development & Alumni
Relations team for the College of Engineering, we are asking members of
student organizations to take time to write thank you notes to donors. We
ask that you find at least 2-3 students (the more the merrier though!) and
choose a date below to come into the office for 1-3 hours. We have a
template for the thank you notes already written, along with stationery and
plenty of College of ENG pens. If your organization sends 5 or more
students for at least two hours, we will provide pizza!
This is a great way to reach out to supporters of the Engineering Annual
Fund to show appreciation - and hopefully increase their giving! Please
reply to this email with the date and 1-3 hour time slot your student group
would like.
2/18/14 - anytime between 10am - 6pm
2/19/14 - anytime between 10am - 6pm
2/20/14 - anytime between 10am - 6pm
2/24/14 - anytime between 10am - 6pm
2/26/14 - anytime between 10am - 6pm
2/28/14 - anytime between 10am - 6pm
