[burpg] Fins etc available for pickup

The following groups have their fins, bulkheads, centering rings, and
eyebolts available for pickup:
Salty Water
Team Rocket
Dora
Fantastic Four
These will be placed in the tinker lab, with your groups' main rocket parts
if possible.
Here Comes Da Boom, you should have all your parts now.
The remaining five groups still need to send me your fin and centering ring
information.
