I absolutely want BUBS to move forward. I am still new at sailing but, in the
time that I've been associated with BUBS I have been treated with nothing but
respect and 100% support from both the blind sailors and sighted guides as I
continue to learn and improve.. I will do what ever I can to help this
organization to grow into a strong community sailing/ competitive sailing
community

A few updates on things!
We had a conference call tonight with Inky and several other blind sailors. We
have come to the realization that Inky needs to step down as a leader and that
the board should be dissolved. Now this decision may not have been unanimous,
but it is for the best and the active participants feel this way.
Inky has said that we don’t need sighted guides for things, but they are
literally how we get to sail every week. They are our eyes on the water.
Myself, Pauline, Chris Luca, Duane, Willi, Jason feel that BUBS needs to move
on and form it’s own entity. We would love for you all to join us! We plan to
brand and keep the BUBS name that was though of by our very own PAULINE.
We welcome anyone to come join us in this community!
