Sailors,

Please find attached the Notice of Race (NOR) for the Boston Open Blind Sailing Regatta. The regatta will take place over two days on the weekend of July 13 & 14, 2019. Mark your calendars and we hope to see you there! Also, please spread this far and wide to as many blind sailors and guides as you can. Thanks!
