BIRD STUDY GROUP
Hi BSGers,
Saturday morning I headed down to the Yates tract portion of the RRNWR with a
friend. Pretty much a repeat of last week. Still lots of shorebirds. Only
significant difference was a breeding plumaged Wilson's Phalarope. Bumped into
Hubert Hervey down there who reported Black-crowned Night Herons and Sora. Came
back home via Yearwood Road where we found a flock of 8 Upland Sandpipers.
Stopped by Robinson Road and found hundreds of Golden Plovers and a few Horned
Larks. Sorry for the late post.
Good Birding!
