All: After a lot of discussion back and forth, I guess the consensus is to
postpone the count until Sunday, December 22nd, because of the possible severe
weather. The Natchitoches forecast is predicting strong thunderstorms, and
possible hail and tornadoes. Some of us will only be able to count part of the
day due to other commitments, but should still be able to cover our areas. We
will not try to meet afterwards to compile the results, but ask that you send
me or Charlie your tally by email or snail mail. I know that Mac is out for
Sunday, but I will cover our usual area. Please let us know if you will be
counting Sunday or not. Also, if you know of anyone I missed, please get the

Looks like if we are going to do Natchitoches count, needs to be done on
Sunday. Saturday weather looking worse per Jeff. Mac can't do Sunday and I need
to leave by 1:30 probably. Don't know if Paul can do count Sunday. I am working
and would you coordinate with others, forward this to them, and see who is
available. Makes no difference to me if we do count or not. Thanks.
