The Black-bellied Whistling Ducks Rosemary reported yesterday are still being
seen in Bossier City from the Teague Parkway along with several other species..
The ducks are can be found in some ponds between the parkway and the river
about one mile south of the sheriff's substation located at the boat launch. My
