[bsg] Another Tropical/Couch's Kingbird

BSG Members,
I found a Tropical/Couch's Kingbird today Dec. 5th at 2:30 PM south of
Caspiana
on LA Hy 1. The exact location is 100-200 yards south of Yearwood Rd (north
end) and Hy 1, on the east side of Hy1. A small pond with dead willow trees, a
duck blind and decoys might have enough cover to hold this bird for a while.
Jeff Trahan took pictures of the bird, and by now we all know the difficulty
with separating the two species. Paul Dickson came later, in time to see a
Cooper's Hawk "hop hunting" the general area where the Kingbird was last seen.

Don't forget this would be an excellent year for Audubon Warblers!!!
