There aren't any cars so it is easier than the road in my opinion.

Spouses, partners, friends, kids, acquaintances, and serial killers are
welcome. The "full" ride to High Bridge and back is about 23 miles and about
2-1/4 to 2-1/2hrs at our casual pace. Califon and back is about a 12mi ride.
You can turn around at any point to shorten the ride. There are many road
crossings so someone can pick you up if something goes sideways.
Bring water/snacks and enough bike stuff to be self sufficient (spare tube,
patch kit, tire levers, pump, mini-tool, helmet, first aid kit, personal
locator beacon, flare gun, bear spray, rifle w/ ammo, sat phone).

Rambos Country store in Califon, right off the trail, has food and drinks (open

Califon General Store is about 1/3 mile off the trail but is open Sunday. I
recommend the Homer but with bacon instead of pork roll.

I made it a grand total of 1 day in the July hour-a-day challenge. Day 2 was
squashed by my wife's work schedule.
Anyway....
Who wants to ride Columbia Trail on Saturday or Sunday. Saturday late
afternoon works for me. Any time Sunday is good.
