As I predicted, this NBC SportsEngine crap is a total
disaster. The rink screwed up the roster already and I have no way to
edit/invite/delete people. I haven't even got to the spyware/crapware
yet.

***I have attached the Division breakdown for this season with
this email.*** 

The most important note I have for you all is
that we are 100% moving over to Sports Engine for our website. So EVERY
player MUST do the following and EVERY captain MUST as well. 


Captains Pre Season Instructions: 
1. Tell your players to download
the SportsEngine App. It is available in the Apple App Store and Google
Play. 
2. EVERY player MUST register on this app by week 3. They
will NOT be eligible to play in the league if not registered. 
3.
Send a roster to Steve Napolitano snap1145@xxxxxxx so he can build your
team on the app. 
4. Send a logo for your team (if you have one. If
you have no logo the team's primary colors are fine) to Steve as well.

5. Once your players register then Steve can connect them to your
team. Then you will see who has and has not registered and it is YOUR
responsibility to get them registered. It's a simple email entry to
invite. 

Payments: 
As the seasons progress, we have to
find creative ways to keep our rates from going up. Our rent continues
to increase each year but we have remained relatively flat with our team
and ref fees. For this to continue we are doing the following; 


1. Starting THIS season I am phasing out individual credit card payments
for players. Beginning this season individual players will pay a MINIMUM
of $250.00 for credit card payments. I have had enough of chasing down
stragglers in week 9. 
2. Teams may pay in checks, ONE Credit Card
payment, or cash. 
3. Teams that pay in Cash & Checks can give me
multiple forms of payment, BUT all at once. 
4. 2nd Team discounts
are now $50.00 for ONE team only. No matter what the per player fee is,
the discount is $50.00 

The full schedule should be posted on
Sports Engine by 10/2 as our old stats site will no longer be active. I
will be sending out a link to the full site once it is good to go. I
will be sending full league schedules in PDF format to every captain as
well once it is confirmed.
