Yesterday I discovered a cedar waxwing's nest in one of our apple trees. Also scared up a ruffed grouse from the forsythia bushes.

I saw an immature woodpecker that looks like a yellow-bellied sapsucker without any head markings at all. I always see them later in the year but they always have at least some color or white head markings. This one is just plain gray. I searched Google Images and didn't find any immatures that look exactly like it. I would like to know for sure what it is.
