The book The Birds of Northeast Tennessee: An Annotated Checklist , second
edition (2008) is now eight years old. Considerable data on bird distribution
and
abundance has been collected by the many active birders in the region.
For instance, eight new species have been found in the 5-county area in that
span,
bringing the total to 327 species.
Therefore, I felt it was time to issue an update. The attachment to this post
can be
printed and placed in the back of your book.
I hope you find it useful.
