Bristol Birders,

Today, my father and I went birding with ,Larry McDaniel,Allen =
Trently,David Trently Don Holt,Jim Holt,Don Miller,and Alice Loftin at =
Musicks campgound,South Holston Dam, and Middlebrook Lake all in =
Bristol, TN. Also, in Washington Co. VA near Sportsmans Marina. The bird =
of the day for dad was a Sandhill Crane at Musick's that went through =
TN. and VA. I was the first one to spot it.Some other highlights were =
two Horned Grebes at Spring Creek, over fifty Hooded Mergansers at =
Middlebrook ,a pair of American Wigeons at the wier dam, five =
Bonaparte's Gulls near Sportsmans Marina, ten Herring, and twentyfive =
Ring -billed Gulls around the wier dam. My dad also saw a Brown Creeper =
there! We saw a little over six-hundred and fifty Starlings on Old =
Jonesboro Road, if that means anything. We also got the Ross's Goose at =
Middlebrook. When we were hiking at the wier dam I spotted a Winter =
Wren. I think thats the best birding day I have ever had!
