[Bristol-Birds] early summer record for Cattle Egret (not first Sullivan)

A quick scan of the records indicates that the
first known Sullivan County record for the
Cattle Egret was 16 April 1980 by Dr. Gary
Wallace.  The exact location is not readily
available.  However,  the Steele Creek Park
bird is the earliest summer record for 
Northeast Tennessee as published in the
Birds of Northeast Tennessee, Knight, 2008,
2nd.  The previous was 28 July,  If anyone
has corrections or additions it would be
greatly appreciated.
