[Bristol-Birds] correction to the minutes of BBC

John Moyle has sent a correction to the minutes of the November meeting which
was posted yesterday. Bill Grigsby is heading up the Kingsport area Christmas
Bird Count and not Rack Cross. That was my error because I did not make a note
of it and my memory did not serve me well at that point.
