Rob Biller birded in the vicinity of

Tri-Cities Airport, Sullivan Co., TN

Sunday, 15 June 2014, about noon and had

the following:

Willow Flycatcher at Minga Marsh

"First of the season at this location after

many other failed attempts. Audible and visual."

Warbling Vireo 2 at Minga Marsh

"Nesting location - but heard 2 singing males.

High number of singing birds has been 3 earlier

in spring."

Dickcissel 2 at S Hanger Rd Tri-cities Airport

"The past few years this location, and others

around Tri-city Airport, has been successful

the past 3 years. With airport construction,

last year and this year they have struggled.

Identified both birds by song with unsuccessful

attempts to see them. Few very good areas to see

their habitat on airport property anymore."
