[Bristol-Birds] additional scoters in Northeast Tenn today

Pete Range found 2 White-winged Scoters on Boone Lake, Sullivan Co.

Harry & Sue Farthing found 6 Surf and 1 Black Scoter on the Watauga
River, Carter Co.

Combined with the 2 small flocks of Surf Scoters (totaling 27 birds) that 
I reported earlier today in Sullivan Co., it was a very impressive showing 
by these ducks locally or, for that matter, for any part of the state.
