[Bristol-Birds] addendum to Snowy Owl records in Tenn

There was another fairly recent Snowy Owl sighting in Tenn, reported in both
THE MIGRANT and NORTH AMERICAN BIRDS. It was on 11 Dec 2001,
seen on an island in Cherokee Lake by a retired TWRA biologist who was fishing.
This had slipped my mind, but was remembered by Dean Edwards. Thanks, Dean.
Thus the Spring Hill owl is the 12th state record.
